While we transfer know-how from the companies we represent so that our shipyards and shipowner companies can simultaneously capture the global transformation, we are also trying to contribute to the management of the 2030 - 2050 process with the support of our R&D team within the framework of our customers' needs.
Green Shipyard
In our shipyards, we support water blasting technology, which is an alternative to sandblasting, is ~30% more advantageous in terms of efficiency and cost, is environmentally friendly and suitable for occupational safety, and we strive for the development of our country.
In this context, we are trying to provide technical training on new robotic technologies, transfer their cost and applicability to shipyards, and increase their acceptability by shipowners and paint companies. We also develop projects on green energy supply and wastewater disposal and/or reuse.
We produce solutions to prevent our shipowner companies from suffering from cost increases within the scope of the regulations they must comply with. We ensure that "Special Survey" or "CAP Survey" processes are completed quickly, with high quality and at affordable costs during planned maintenance and shipyard processes. In addition to VOC - solvent-free Chemco epoxy paints that can be applied to wet and rusty surfaces in ballast tanks, we can reduce shipyard costs with appropriate water jet equipment and systems that can be used on the ship.
