Water Blasting with Robotic Solutions

We can use our 3000 bar 45 liter water blasting robots for surface preparation and painting applications of refinery pipes, steel construction and tanks. For paint maintenance, we can create alternatives with appropriate corrosion protection systems, for which we can prepare and present reports within the framework of our inspection service at locations. We can offer guaranteed solutions for up to 5 - 10 years with the methods and systems we recommend for paint application.

Condenser Cleaning

We can also clean your condensers with our 1500 bar 90-liter equipment. We can use our high-pressure and flow advantage in your projects. Our teams can complete such projects carefully with original nozzles and work safety clothing.

Tank Farm Paint Application

Apart from classical, epoxy, and polyurethane systems for paint application, ceramic coatings, silicone-based paints suitable for up to 900 degrees, vinyl ester or novalac (modified) epoxies for different chemicals can be applied. We can get clear results in our projects regardless of the brand.

Cold Cutting

With our equipment, we can perform cold cutting in the range of 1000 bar - 3000 bar. We can get very clear results in these parts from our previous studies in refineries.
