Paint Groups

Epo-chem™ 500 series are solvent-free, surface-tolerant epoxy systems that can be applied to wet and rusty surfaces. Thanks to the application flexibility of the products, it offers guaranteed solutions even with simple surface preparation methods (Water jet washing, mechanical surface preparation, etc.).

Although there is no need to use equipment such as ventilation, dehumidifier during applications, it contributes greatly to worker health and safety during the application, thanks to its solvent-free feature. In addition, it does not pose a fire hazard during storage.

RA 500M

Epo-chem™ RA 500M is a unique, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, high chemical resistant, glassflake epoxy single coat/topcoat product suitable for a wide variety of applications.

Glassflake systems have been used for over 30 years in the most aggressive environments as they provide a complete barrier against moisture and corrosive ions.

RA 500M can be applied as a top coat over primers or as a single coat system with minimum surface preparation standards Sa 2, WJ-2 or St 3. It provides an outstanding, high gloss surface.

RS 500P

Epo-chem™ RS 500P is a unique solvent-free, moisture and rust resistant epoxy primer or primer/topcoat protective coating. The long-term performance of the system is based on completely sealing the surface and completely stopping the rust. In poor surface preparation applications, it provides surface standards as low as Sa 1, WJ-4 or St 2. It can be used as a single coat system with brush, roller or airless spraying.

RL 500PF

Epo-chem™ RL 500PF is a high solids, wet, rust and oil tolerant primer/finish coating. Specially designed as a single coat system or as a high performance coating that can be overcoated with colored topcoats. This system has been specified and used by nearly all major shipping, offshore, petrochemical and power generation companies. RL 500PF is particularly effective as an all-weather coating for large exterior structures where complete encapsulation or weather protection is not possible. Rain, water and high humidity have no effect on the newly painted surface.
